Other Curriculums - Adult Dog Learning (Basic Obedience)

Suitable for dogs from 16 weeks of age onwards. This is a fundamental level of learning with your furbuddy. You and your furbuddy will learn in 6 lessons:

• Heel on Lead (walking by your left side)
• Social Walking (No pulling on lead)
• Sit at Heel
• Lie Down (Drop on command with hand signal)
• Stay (sit & Drop)
• Recall (come when called)
• Restraint (Body examination)
• Socialisation skill

You will be taught the correct procedures in handling, training, correcting, rearing and socializing your furbuddy.

You will also learn how dogs learn and communicate, and how we use that to our advantage in training the dog.

As part of the curriculum, behavioural problems such as jumping, nuisance barking and dashing out of the door, and timidness, nervousness or anxiousness will be dealt with in the class.

Playful Paws uses guidance method and voice modulation in the teaching. Learning handout will be provided upon full payment, knowledge will be with you forever.

A certificate of Proficiency will be awarded upon completion of the course.
